This is, without doubt, the most difficult post I’ve had to make on this site so far.
One of my subscribers sent me a couple of videos showing the aftermath of a police chase that involved two men on a yeng yeng bike.
Allegedly they were a couple of 87s and were trying to get away from the police who were behind them.
They went on to crash into a school bus full of kids. Could have been anything in the world but it was a school bus full of kids!
The video you are about to see is the aftermath. The men on the bike are dead and two kids, one of them looks no more than 2 or 3 years old.
In the video, you can hear people blaming the police for what happened. This is a tricky case but I don’t know the circumstances around the chase.
There are instances when police must allow criminals to get away if the chase is dangerous and in hindsight, this is one of them. The location, amount of pedestrians etc all play a role in the making of that decision.
However, it is easy to say that now and I don’t know what happened to trigger the chase. Either way, those officers need to be brought in to give some answers and something has to come out of this.
Even if it is better training around how and when police chase people in built-up areas.
After such a catastrophic event everybody have them phone out ready to take pictures and videos,The little girl you can clearly hear the devastating effect the situation have on her instead of taking the child away from the scene and give her some form of comfort this woman insist on to take a photo and make a video first, where is the empathy in this world? Can you imagine the impact this is going to have on the family when they see these photos on social media?…On top of that people ready to blame the police for doing their jobs.
Jesus Christ is killing us. He is like stove current and we do not want to let go. Some jurisdicitions have passed laws or changed policies mandating for the police to call off a chase when citizens are in too much danger. A similar policy could be put in place, if not already exist. Then the video people need to be trained; render aid 1st. Do not move injured victims, unless they are in more danger. Media would be of use here on this message. television, print, radio. Even youtube.
Selsp97 I say that all the time!!! Since Jamaica is prone to murders and Jamaicans are naturally inquisitive, teach the public what to do in the event they are around situations like these… teach the public first aid! Make a post in the gleaner that will grip people’s attention… “WE KNOW YOU WILL WITNESS AN ACCIDENT OR A GUNSHOT VICTIM OR EVEN COME ACROSS A DECEASED SOME TIME IN THE FUTURE, THIS IS WHAT YOU SHOULD DO…” something like that will catch their attention because this happens way too often! The same onlookers kills the victims before they even stand a chance!!!
Again, this is tied into The Trans Atlantic Slave Trade. Our African lives have a negative value. Our family members have been sold off so often, we do not feel that family link to the degree we should. No community togetherness. We have been taught by reprobate rapacious savages to call on their Gee-Suss for support, while dedicating our soles to said reprobate savage. We must see this in it’s true form, then plan gradual undoing of this self subjugation for other people who cannot be above us without our help.

Sir p there is a situation at the horizon remand centre where the bigger heads lock off the water commission water from the institution and buying trailer loads of water every day one trailer load cost about 84k and atleast four truck comes in every day to full a storage thank that is leaking back out the water to the ground furthermore no body knows how much water is in each tanks coming in to unload it could be quarter half 3quarter full or none ,warder telling images that they are not entitled to bathe every day about a month ago a warder try to open the valve that locks off the water commission water and he nearly get transfer it a big million dollar scam that need to expose because it’s a waste of tax payer money help to expose them any senior warder working at horizon knows about it if you ave a links there ask him or her
I always say that First aid/CPR should be mandatory to citizens from age 10 up. At least we would see how many would jump into action to try and save a life instead of using their hands to video on their phones
