As amazing as it is to see people walking around, and even walking up to the body recording was the lady herself screaming to call Police. It’s amazing because its obvious the person besides her have one so she could’ve called the police. You’ve introduced to terms i now use when describing this type of behaviour, acidic, LIQs & LEQs simple Simons’ and Simones’.

This video clearly shows the lack of compassion with the people who have witnessed this, I don’t understand why people think there is no need to call police because the person is bleeding and he is deemed automatically did, I can clearly see from watching this video that he is moving thus he is clinging to life. I would of been the first one to call 911 and that’s the number here in America and all rescue departments would of been dispatched ambulance, firefighters and police… Jamaica government needs to do better and put a rescue team in place for the people… it just sad how a man shot and hurt is not a thing to put attention to in JA wow

I didn’t know he was still alive after being shot 10 times & falling from 3 stories up. He had the will to live. He was actually asking for help by moving his arms the best he could. These people around the incident has no class whatsoever. Even the idiot filming told the crying lady there’s nothing the police can do for him. Jamaica is a wicked place to be nevertheless live.

Then again that 119 call is a deadbeat business if anyone has experience calling it before, they’d know what I mean so maybe it’s an actually 10 digit police station number (that would require credit) that needs to be called. Just another day in this 3rd world shit-hole!
