Everyday since last month me see soldiers and police show someone in their i say to myself that could’ve been me. I curremtly reside at hermitage with my daughter and baby mama . One early morning I heard some aggressive banging on me front door then it stop. Didn’t pay it nuh mind and went bk to bed. Then I heard it again at the bk door which is my room door. So I shouted “a who that?!!” Person said “police open the door” so I was like to myself “hmmm police so early? Mek me test the waters little” so me ask for identification by say of names and station. So the guy said August town police open the door so me se ok me ago call me land lady caz if police here uno affi pass the first house before uno reach me. So this man get vile Sir and se “a weh bbc you tek this this fa open the bbc door. U know wa me a give u one minute fi open the door” so me se alright me tek the minute while me a talk to me land lady and she never know police in the yard. Further more the dawg never bark. So me mek him stay round there. Only fi hear him start kick down the door tpc so me se well if a police me ago know now. So after him kick it off me realize se a police so ne se oh OK cool now me sure a police(mind u I’m not doing a so anything but I can’t atest for any of my family members so I ain’t taking any check worst ne have a family to protect). So anyway him kick off the door and realize the place grill up so him can’t come in. So him tek aim at me and call me to him so me put me hands in the air and went to him gracefully. So wen ne reach him him start cow me down becaz I did make him ave to kick down the door after all. So him se “hey boii a nuh so u do u thing enuh u door a knock and u neven come a the window come look( so immediately im thinking this police couldn’t be serious) . A name job me do enuh. U and who live here?” So me se me and me baby mada SIR caz I realize I had the blade worst wen me see two soldier behind him. That was wen me land had son entered the bed room and started to explain to him that I’m a student/tenant there and he proceeded to talk to him and calm down. Boii me get hold up by gun man and me never feel so cowed down at all. And who to if I would’ve been here today. Give thanks still. Live a the greatest.
I clearly understood what you wrote Romar and it’s sad that you had to experience that! It’s your experience and you write it to share however you want! Some of you are so judgemental like you don’t know police and badman are often the same thing. Let the facts come out but it’s not inconceivable that police are wrong. Could even be contract killing from a don using police. The whole world is effed and a uniform doesn’t make a man righteous
