    • Interesting but the cops obviously couldn’t get close enough to make a arrest. So probably you would of to make that arrest yourself.

    • you would have preferred what? in all 7 continent a man shooting at police officer and also killing a few is now a terrorist and might i add if he is an ex marine he should have been reporting to the station weekly, assuming he wasn’t. marines are not people to play with, they are trained mercenery, he would have killed even if he was taken in custody alive, i guarantee he would have tried to kill a police in the stateion. maybe you need to go reseach who a marine is because those are not the typical solldier.

    • Why was he going so hard?was he a 87octaine ,why was he target by the cops ?.if it was only a possion charge how long a setence would he get?.i just a wonder why he went out so strang

  1. When you shoot at a police patrol car there is only one motive and that’s to kill you think it was warning shots… if they are certain its him then the above outcome is just deserved… mi nuh want him guh prison fi my taxes fatten him

  2. I think there is more to these killings than jus meets the eye, I think this man was used and he got out of control and the government decided to despise of him

  3. Very informative, truth to power and long live the struggle. πŸ™πŸ½πŸ™πŸ½βœŠπŸ½βœŠπŸ½βœŠπŸ½

    • Guarantee you before he died he was the sharpest shooter on that island, more than a million rounds he already disbursed from a M-16A1 or A2 rifle, he can fire that rifle with his eyes close.

  4. This is an indication of why some of these people get deported from the Diaspora . Is it possible that recent Robbery where there was speculation of ex-JDF/JCF involvement could be an explanation ?

  5. This is a very loud and clear signal to the powers that be, how we treat with our deportees needs to be addressed instantly! A clear example of how Jamaica’s ineptitude in dealing with deportees charged with serious offences and with military/ law enforcement training contribute to the country’s detriment. Here it is in its finest representation, uncle Sam trained.

Chances are he was deploid while enlisted in the US and a lot of these guys return after deloyment with PTSD.

This deportee mismanagement has caused the lives of a lot Jamaican citizens. First world criminals returned to the island and left to assimilate into the Jamaican society unmonitored. Certainly a man like this should have been under surveillance since day one returned to the island.

He has been taken out, the people are breathing a sigh of relief. Why?
How many more like him are here?
How long has he been back here?
How many others has he trained?

The police were definitely taken by surprise only expecting a lowly skilled gunman, this is also showing that the JCF needs revisit how they respond to and treat with operations and situations they drive into. They had no apparent tactical strategy going in. Wake up officers the days when criminals would be long gone on hearing or seeing the police have long gone.

We have reduced the period of training for police officers to get them out fast but maybe we need to revisit and how much of the training is on paramilitary techniques?

Commish we know the JCF needs to play catch up but lobby the Minister, first order of priority Deportees Surveillance Management.

  6. It’s not easy to become a marine. I hate him for what he did and I commend the police for their swift action.

I would like to know his full bio and what led him to turn his heart and now training against anyone, much less our police.

Sir P is the master of getting this information

  7. How do you deport an ex military personal sir p ? That’s a citizen of the USA .
This man was in solitude he could have been in the USA easy if he wanted to,as a deportee my self
i know how hard it is to return to a society where your peers and associates are all in the perpetual struggle in the ghetto, and your intellect is laced with experience, you try hard not to unleash your knowledge as it is very potent, but there comes a time when you surely will be forced to .
RIP to the cops but also to Damian i would attempt do do the same if i was in his position, cause am sure they would kill him on the spot, its about survival not morals .

    • Remember not everyone that joined the army file their citizenship. It’s a choice if you want it or not. He wasn’t deported from America, he moved to Canada and then he was deported to his home land..

  8. Not necessary, I am an American soldier born Jamaican, and I have to go get my citizen, you dont automatically gets it

  9. Citizens can still be deported. When you get neutralized ur paperwork states that it can be revoked at anytime without prior notice. I know someone who was a citizen and got depot after he did a shooting.
