54 years old Businessman Andrew “Andy” Chin has been killed in Montego Bay.
He was kidnapped from his home and taken to his business place on Church Street, which is where he was eventually killed.
Think about that for a second. The area is under a state of emergency but criminals were able to still carry out this act.
To make things worse after they were done with him, they killed him and left his body in the street. They then escaped without being caught.
If you ever needed an example of how criminals have figured out how to beat the SOE, this is it.
What is most intriguing is that the 87 octanes knew the location of Andrew Chin’s safe in the shop. He was needed to open it and that is why they went for him from his home.
Such a large and risky operation would not be operated on a guess.
Andy Chin was a licensed firearm holder and a prominent member of the Mobay business community. You need to know a lot about who, where and when.
Still, we have to wonder how such an operation could take place when the parish is supposedly locked down.
This was not some random rural area, it was the middle of the town.
Those bogus checkpoints they use in the SOE are useless as they cannot search every car and they are stationary.
Criminals know where they are and can avoid them with little creativity.
87 octanes are like Chameleon lizards, they adapt to their new surroundings very easily. That means you cannot be stagnant.
The security forces need to constantly evolve their tactics so they cannot be figured out criminals.
You would think that is basic knowledge but apparently that isn’t the case.
What is the real solution to all this crime and problem that we having in Jamaica everyday we said there’s a real solution and there’s a solution and the government must do something about the crime but for so many years they are always the cry if our solution so my question is again question what can this are any Administration do to make sure the country is safe and for people to do business
there is no will to help Jamaicans nor relieve them of violent crime and poverty. So they have not taken the time to actually do something effective. Also, these murders are an effective way to cull the population and simultaneously boost the economy by death professions. Now, an acutal Chinese. If no effort is made, the Chinese will eventyally figure out something. They have never been concquored. Their names match their faces. unlike us. Makes a huge difference.
